About the Role
(Sibling of 1C0212G) Schedule: Saturdays 9am-12pm. Additional on-call shifts are available if DSP is interested in more hours.
The client is a 17-year-old boy. He can walk with assistance (holding someone's hand). He is being potty trained and wears pullups that need to be changed by DSP. He requires full assistance with daily skills such as brushing teeth, dressing, toileting and bathing. The client is very energetic and loves to smile. He can feed himself, but the food needs to be smashed and soft and he can't be left alone while eating due to choking hazard. When it is nice outside the family would like for the DSP to take him outside. He is about 4 feet tall, 84 pounds, and can be strong. He is not mean or aggressive, but he can throw toys sometimes and does not understand personal boundaries. 1 dog and 3 cats in the household.
