About the Role
Schedule: Monday through Wednesday: 4pm-7pm,?Saturday: 10am-4pm. TBD: School in-service days.
Client is a young woman, who is about to be 16 years old, and loves to make jokes and laugh. Family describes her as a great kid, who have never been violent, is very easy going and well-behaved. Family would like a DSP who can support the client in creating and strengthening self-help skills such as keeping her areas clean, doing her laundry, and participating in household chores. Client tends to be a picky eater and a "snacker", so mealtime support that encourages trying new foods, or involves exposure to new foods, and eating fuller meals would be helpful. Family would also like the client to spend more time outside, involved in activities that are of interest to her, such as visiting the library.
